Nike Zoom Fly 6

The Zoom Fly 6 is Nike's super trainer: a ZoomX core wrapped in a firmer SR-02 carrier with a full carbon Flyplate. It gives much of the plated race-day feel in a more durable, more stable package for tempo runs, marathon-pace work, and even racing on a budget. Heavier than a true super shoe, it is the training partner to the Vaporfly rather than a replacement.

Who it's for

Reach for the Nike Zoom Fly 6 for tempo days and intervals, long runs and race day. It's a neutral shoe, best for runners with an efficient stride who don't need pronation support. The tall, soft stack favors comfort over ground feel — great for high mileage and bigger runners, less so for racing snappiness.
