Expect the same aggressive, bouncy propulsion as the 3 with updated geometry and upper. It exists for one job, racing 10K to the marathon as fast as possible.
Reach for the Nike Alphafly 4 for race day. It's a neutral shoe, best for runners with an efficient stride who don't need pronation support. The tall, soft stack favors comfort over ground feel. That's great for high mileage and bigger runners, less so for racing snappiness.
