Adidas Adizero Evo SL Woven
A January 2026 update of the wildly popular Evo SL that swaps the mesh upper for a more structured woven one while keeping the identical full Lightstrike Pro midsole and geometry. Same bouncy, do-everything performance trainer underneath, with slightly better lockdown at a small weight penalty. Skip it if you already own the original, because the ride is unchanged.
Reach for the Adidas Adizero Evo SL Woven for everyday training miles, tempo days and intervals and long runs. It's a neutral shoe, best for runners with an efficient stride who don't need pronation support. The tall, soft stack favors comfort over ground feel. That's great for high mileage and bigger runners, less so for racing snappiness.
- Same superb full Lightstrike Pro ride as the Evo SL
- More secure woven upper
- Outstanding value at $150
- Slightly heavier than the original mesh version
- No midsole update, just a targeted refresh
